Display of all resources in a category

In this issue you need to implement how resources are displayed within a specific category (e.g. https://health.helmholtz-metadaten.de/data-formats) see issue #5 (closed)

I have the following criteria:

• Implementation is based on the mockups from issue #5 (closed)
• data will be loaded via API
• back button is working -> redirect to landing page
• search is working
• Running inside Docker container
