Set organizations of users automatically

We introduced a field for the organization of a user. Currently this is a free text field, but it would make sense to add it automatically if the user logs in for the first time.

Marie already pointed us to the metadata for the IDPs: https://technical.edugain.org/metadata -> https://mds.edugain.org/edugain-v2.xml

With that we can extract the long organization names (prefering the english one if they are provided).
