Fix fzj entry for organization

At the moment we have a list of organizations that we use to fill in the organization entry for new users.

Inside there is an entry for the "Forschungszentrum Jülich", which currently looks super strange on our prod system:

Target of this MR is that we want all those entries fixed & at least the migrations to provide the fixed name.
