Create way to re-read information from IDP

Currently at GFZ we have some trouble that - from time to time - the validation of our tokens doesn't work anymore - even that they come directly from the idp without some time for the token to expire.

I know that Marie did some changes on the IDP - which we just have to do in order to make some changes (like trying to add group informaton).

My question is: Did you also have this problem from time to time? And do we have a better solution than restarting the backend when we need to make this changes?
