Set page titles

Currently we just use the standard page title "Sensor Management System". For special subpages we should set a more specific page title, for example for the Legal Notice page "Legal Notice - Sensor Management System".

Pages which should have a specific title at least are:

• all tabs of the device details page (eg. "Device XY - Measured Quantities - Sensor Management System")
• all tabs of the platform details page (eg. "Platform XY - Basic Data - Sensor Management System")
• all tabs of the configurations details page (eg. "Configuration XY - Actions - Sensor Management System")
