Create Banner for usage of technical Cookies
User story
Summary
- As a SMS User
- I get a banner shown, which informs me about the useage of technical cookies and i am able to close the banner by simple X
- so that [reason for the story]
Description
has to bee shown when i navigate to sensors side... status visibile should be stored in cookie itself
Acceptance Criteria
- Banner ist integrated in frontend
- merge request is approved
- if any tracking cookie is used also - user has to be informed about that
