Production build for deployment

Use the production build (currently dev build) for deployment.

Background: the dev builds of Nuxt apps have some performance drawbacks in Firefox. This is the reason why the performance in the configurations page is somewhat slow. With the production build the rendering of the components is fast again in Firefox. Chrome is able to handle the dev build in a faster way 😞
