Move (Extended) Search to tab bar for platform and contacts

On the platform search page, the Tabs "Search" and "Extended Search" are in a card component.

They should be moved back below the app bar, same as for devices and configurations.

On Contacts page, there is only one search mode but for a consistent UI it should also be moved below the app bar.
