overview datetime fields show UTC 2 times

When I show configuration & set the start & end dates, then it shows the UTC term multiple times:

Same is true for the mounts in the actions tab:

Acceptance criteria:

• it shows "UTC" a single time for date value entries on the configuration show basic data page
• it shows "UTC" a single time for date value entries per card in the configurations action tab
• check platform & device action tabs as well
