Add Custom-Fields to Configuration section

Based on User intension, we want to offer the Option to Add Key-Values Pairs to configuration in same way like Devices. TODO:

• Reuse custom fields component of devices
• INtegrate in Frontend
• Backend: Implement Endpoint
