sporadic Error Message when load SMS Frontend "failed to load usage statistic:"

Steps to reproduce

• until now no safe way to reproduce (maybe, if you logged in ... wait several times an go back to the site ?)
• normally u see the bug only in not logged out status but it seems to correlate with a previous login status

What is the current bug behavior?

• red message "recent activities.:" pops up and goes after some seconds

What is the expected correct behavior?

• message should not occure

• track this bug to make it reproducable...
• seems to be that the request is done in an none logged in state
