delete the "No Project" label on CFG List View/Search pages
BUG:
- related to CFG-Search/List Views:
no project should not shown their anymore. This attribute was obsolete based on adding permission groups-(will be Site next time)
TODO:
- delete it maybe change it togehter with #350 (closed) to Site-Label
