Fix description for 'Note' field for new cv entries to mention that the note is for the curator

Currently we show only 'Note' for the note field when we are going to submit a new suggestion for the CV. However, we should make it clear that this note is for the curator to have additional informations. So we could change the label to 'Note for curators' (or similar)
