Key-Value Pairs for Linking

Description

• For the future it would be useful to provide the possibility to add key-value pairs to linking, to provide additional information
• This information does not necessarily have anything to do with the linking, e.g. an aggregration function

Acceptance criteria

• Implemented a possibility to add key-value pairs to a linking
• It must be possible to save the information by the backend
