Fix: Delete Button for Device Maintanance Action not wokring

Description

A created "Device Maintenance Action" could not be deleted. No reqeust was sent to the backend.

Taks

• Find the reason why a device maintenance action does not get deleted
• Implement that a device maintenance action
• Test for other action of device
• Test for other action of platform (and configuration?)

Acceptance criteria

• the actions can be deleted
