Explaination text for provenance in cv suggestion dialogs

The concept of the provenance is a complex one - and we should give the users at least some hint (and maybe a dedicated page on the CV) to get used to it. Just having the provenance boxes in the dialogs to suggest new CV entries is definitivly not enought.
