Restrict mountability of devices & platforms to those that can be edited by the user

In the backend we have the logic that we only can mount devices & platforms if we have the right to edit the device or platform.

The frontend doesn't seem to make those checks.

Instead we got an error when doing so

(And we got that while we had the user-training with the gfz section 1.4 technicians).
