Measured quantity selection list for device calibration action not all entries

It can happen that the selection list for the measured quantities that are effected by the device calibration doesn't list different entries when the have the very same property name. In this case it lists only one entry for it (instead of two or more).

It would be good to consider also the label of the measured quantities in that list, so that entries with the same property name but different label have their own entry in the list.
