Check if value change via scrolling in number input fields can be deactivated

When inserting the offsets for the devices, I find myself often in the situation that I insert the value and try to scroll - so I change the value while I just want to go to the next device.

So the question: How is the usability? For me it currently is a source of mistakes and no help.
