Add landing page for GFZ IDL

It would be helpful to have a landing page for the IDL. It should:

• show some information about the IDL itself
• link to the django admin interface
• link to the openapi spec
• link to the GFZ myprofile page (so that GFZ users know that they can manage their groups there)
