Adjust description text for configurations

Corinna mentioned that the understood the description of a configuration on the landing page so that she can model the complete Swabian Moses 2023 campaign in one configuration.

The configuration brings platforms and devices into a temporal and spatial relationship and thus describes a measurement campaign or experiment.

However, a moses campaign as this one has the problem that there are multiple locations where they measure at the same time. This is not possible with the current configuration definition (& its implementation).

We should think about adjusting the description text here - to make it more clear how the users can use this part of the SMS.
