Service-Desk: TSM Linkings: error when deselecting measured quantity

Minimal Setup to reproduce

• you need a device with at least one measured quantity
• create a configuration
• mount that device
• go to tsm-linkgs of the configuration
  • 1
    • select the device
    • select the time range
  • 2
    • select the measured quantity
  • 3
    • just select the endpoint
    • Note: The problem occurs if at least one information is passed to the form
  • go to step 4
    • the tsm linking for the measured quantity is there
  • go to step 2
    • deselect the measured quantity
  • you can't go to step 3, but to step 4
    • The linking is there even though the measured quantity is deselected
