Show warnings if new suggested terms doesn't match SMS CV styling rules

One of the things we have to do in the sms cv process is to adjust the naming of the term, so that it matches the structure of the existing sms entries. In order to remove the overhead for the curation team, it would be helpful to let the user know about those rules & let her/him fix it themselves.

Similar to #185 it should be a warning & should not stop the user from submitting. For the stuff here, it doesn't seem needed that the user clicks "Yes I really want to do that" for submitting a slightly different looking term. But it would help, if the user gets a suggestion on how her/his new term should look like, so that there is no cognitional overhead for the normal SMS user.
