Rename Orchestration-repo to something more meaningful

For our 1.16-release, we should think about renaming the Orchestration-Repo (which is the main point of entry) to something more meaningful and representative. As we already have a SMS-CV-Repo, we could simply use SMS, SMS-Main or DataHub-SMS.
