Device template concept

One of the things Marvin mentioned in https://gitlab.hzdr.de/hub-terra/sms/orchestration/-/issues/34 is that it is very annoying to insert the same data for multiple devices over and over again. So we are thinking about a template mechanism for devices and platforms.

Please note: When Marvin inserted his first devices we had no copy functionality. As we have this now, this can make a huge difference, but I still think it is worth to think about this kind of template mechanism to add a batch of sensors (SMT100) in one run.
