Remove http version of the sms on rz-vm64

Currently we have a different version of the sms that runs on the 80 port of the rz-vm64.gfz-potsdam.de.

When we were at the user training with the GFZ hydrology group, we realized that some of them opened http://rz-vm64.gfz-potsdam.de instead of https://rz-vm64.gfz-potsdam.de

The old http only version isn't updated anymore and should be shut down. Bonus points for adding a redirect from http to the https page.
