[Improvement] Process data links - Fix Header field in link information tab and open all initial

When editing the individual tabs for the individual data links, two things can be improved:

• If you get to the 'add linking information' after selecting the measured quantities, it would be good if all tabs were initially expanded - then you save yourself this click(s).
• Each subtab contains information about 'device', 'measured quantity', etc. --> It would be good if this header column were fixed so that this information is more visible when editing a tab.
