Link to public html rendered pages for new automatically created issues

When I currently make suggestions for the CV the automatically created issue contains a mail to the admin page. It would be nicer if it links to the public avaiable html pages like https://sms-cv.helmholtz.cloud/sms/cv/api/v1/measuredquantities/390/ so that everyone in the discussion (even without access to the admin interface) can have a look there.

The admin interface users can still click on the "admin" link & are ready to edit the entry.
