Add extra project info via badges in Readme (Backend)

• System status badges (required domain and live and test servers) to show the Back API status
• GitLab possible repository status badges (last commit date, pipeline status, issues, merge requests etc...)
• Show all technologies, important packages and APIs with related links to docs or main websites of them.
