Update the API documentation for the ordinary regression class

The API reference section of the Minterpy documentation should be updated with the documentation for the ordinary regression class. The in-code documentation of the class should also be updated so it can be rendered nicely by Sphinx.

The regression extras will be added to the new extras sub-section in the API reference.

This issue is related to Issue #86.
