Integration of regression to extras

We agreed on the integration of the regression in various forms to minterpy.extras.

• Implement the base class for regression as discussed in #57 (closed)
• Implement concrete class for OrdinaryRegression (with possibly weighted regression included)
• Implement windowed regression functions (?)
