typos in docs and missing reference

In the documentation in the Introduction.rst in line 121 there is a type error sub-expomemtially instead of sub-exponentially.

Also in polynomial-bases.rst in line 17 Cohen2018 is referenced, however there is no according entry in the bibliography.
