Broken test for Newton evaluation

It seems, that the Newton evaluation is broken since the merge of !46 (merged) (see e.g. this pipeline ). This was not seen by me before the merge, so it went into dev. @wicaks72 , could you please have a look at it, seems like there are some unmatching shapes in the test-output.
