Add the gamma-rooted euclidian distance as a custom metric

The metric is from the paper "Pareto GAN: Extending the Representational Power of GANs to Heavy-Tailed Distributions" https://arxiv.org/abs/2101.09113 and is very useful when dealing with long-tail distributions
