Support model initialization from files for other NPZD models than PassiveModel

Currently, the function gotm/initialize_gotm only supports setting up a simulation with a simple PassiveModel (sinking only) from yaml and nc files. In particular, it only initializes the pelagic (floating) tracer variables from the NetCDF file, not the benthic variables (in the sediment).
