Changing LB in RR plot makes LB in OCTS plot undefined

Title

Changing the Latitude Band in the Return/Recovery plot makes the Latitude Band in the OCTS plot undefined

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to Website
2. Go to RR plot
3. Change latitude band.
4. Go to OCTS plot.

Resulting and expected behaviour

Resulting: Latitude Band is now empty bc its undefined.
Expected: Should show the corresponding region or Custom if its custom.
