Final Magnetization calculations wrong

Up until now, we worried mostly about the triggering and the reading of the arrays. The calculation of the magnetization needs to be further developed. Examples and test codes are inside the python-tools folder. One can compare the methods and python codes to the old Helmholtz Pascal code.
