Reimplement saving of individual stiffness fields

Following the major refactor for version 2.0, individual stiffness fields are no longer stored when performing perturbation analysis. This needs to be reimplemented.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
