FATAL ERROR: Configuration file gotm.yaml not found.

This is a problem with old gotm setups, relying on namelists

$> ./gotm

FATAL ERROR: Configuration file gotm.yaml not found.
    To generate a file with default settings, specify --write_yaml gotm.yaml.

 To read a configuration in namelists format (gotmrun.nml etc.), specify --read_
 nml.
    To migrate namelists to yaml, specify --read_nml --write_yaml gotm.yaml.
    For more information, run gotm with -h.
