Has Clean Code:

The code is well-written and well-commented, but it is not clean. A large amount of code is commented out in the main netlogo file as well as in several of the included files such as geodata.nls, plot.nls, port.nls, prey.nls. I would suggest the authors go through their code and clean out everything that is unused.

Has Narrative Documentation:

The documentation is sufficient.

Is Runnable:

The model is runnable, but I’m unsure if the model is outputting errors. While the model runs, a large amount of information is output into the command center window. Included in that information is phrases like this : [Boat 52 on inaccessible patch (patch 269 39) during phase 3], which seem to imply a problem with the model. I suggest the authors get rid of this output if it is not reporting an error. If this is an error then the authors should address it.
