ICON grid cells at poles are not displayed correctly

As identified by @Casthardi, grid cells at the pole are not warped correctly. The screenshot below is a northpole projection (i.e. the center of the plot is at 90 °N) of an ICON file, and we can see that some grid cells are displayed correctly
