User story

As an RSE I would like to be able to correct the rating of my software so that I can fix incorrect computations.

Requirements

• the user is presented a questionnaire
• the user can change ratings of individual attributes
• automatically computed values are preserved and visually indicated after saving
• changes to attributes must be justified by the editor
• preserve the change history
