Grafana: Allow TLS Certs for HTTPS connections

Evaluate if its possible to mount the certs into the container (like with minio) or if we need a proxy. If we need a proxy, we should move minio also behind that and introduce a routing like http://example.com/minio, http://example.com/minio-api and http://example.com/grafana
