link to sta v1.1

When clicking on an sta instance on /sta it would be nicer to directly link to <>/v1.1. This way the user can directly see the links to all the STA entities instead of having to decide whether SensorThingApi v1.0or SensorThingsApi v1.1 or even checking out Database Status and Update would be the next best step
