Add types to MaterialItem

Entity MaterialItem will be used to handle materials, project info and legal docs. Therefore, new field type is needed in MaterialItem entity.

    • materialItem
    • projectInfo
    • legalDoc
• Behaviour with drafts is unchanged - drafts are visible only to admins and project leads, regardless of type
