BIOME-256: Deletion of Filterhistory fails

A Filter history can't be deleted when it's reference by a dashboard diagram. We solved this issue before in this MR before.

But a dashboard diagram itself can also be referenced by a dashboard widget, which let's the deletion fail again. So this needs a cascade remove again.
