Benchmark script update

Bram Droppers requested to merge enhancement/script_updates into main

Script updates with minor impact on results. Only impact on results is that now discharge station selection is now based on upstream area within 10% difference of actual upstream area (instead of minimum difference) and then the average discharge.

Other:

  • common simulation periods and masks are now saved separately
  • many other tiny script changes to make it more stable
