Implement automatic publication to Zenodo

Similar to the example from our Sensor Management System, we would like to implement an automatic code publication to Zenodo. The respective code can be found in the Orchestration-Repo of the SMS (https://codebase.helmholtz.cloud/hub-terra/sms/orchestration). Here, we have the folder Zenodo, which contains some scripts and metadata. The publication is triggered via the .gitlab-ci.yml.
