Adding a feedback system based on "Service-Desk"
Previously, we desired to operate a feedback system based on GitLab-API and submit their feedbacks as issues to the relevant repository.
Using the "Service Desk" feature, tokens are no longer required to be saved in the docker file, and by adding specific users to the repo, they can send an email to a predetermined address, such as 'gitlab-incoming+cat4kit-ds2stac-tds2stac-6533-issue-@hzdr.de', and an issue will be automatically created.
