Remove disclaimer from readme page

description

At the end of the current sprint the current repo "EM-Glossary_Web" should be released as v1.0.0. This issue is to gather the last ToDo's prior an for the repo-release.

ToDo's

• remove development disclaimer at the beginning of readme.txt
• create a repo relase of v.1.0.0 for the frontend
